Our Story
Founded in 2001, A&M Construction Inc has been providing top-quality interior remodeling & renovations services from, finished attics to spectacular basements and every space in between, in the greater Chicago-land area. Our team of experienced professionals takes pride in transforming outdated or unfinished homes into beautiful, functional spaces that meet the needs of our clients.
In 2001, Marian Zubek started the business. With a background in construction, remodeling, and custom carpentry and cabinetry. Since then, he has passed down his knowledge and professionalism to his son, Andy Zubek. Dad is still working after putting in many years in the industry, semi-retired, but still very much enjoys the work and interactions with customers.
With over 20 years of business & 40+ years of experience in the industry, many completed projects and most importantly, many satisfied customers! Our Process

From the start of your project to completion, you will see the same crew working on your project that have been with us for many years. We are knowledgeable, professional, and experts in every field of trades, in the remodeling & renovation of your home. We strive to complete every aspect to your complete satisfaction from start to finish!
We do not sub-contract out our work! We have our own in-house crew(s) that have been working with us from a minimum of 5 years to 15+ years. This model that we have set for ourselves is what sets us apart. It is a more efficient, professional, and intimate experience for our customers and ourselves.
